ICYMI, Ghana’s sensational Afro-Fusion music duo Lali x Lola officially released their maiden album, Pepper Soup, on the 23rd of August 2025. Here’s what The Brew Show has for you!

Want a breakdown of the Pepper Soup album? Well… Jamie says!!!

The 10-track album brought it in a major way, starting with a nice mood-setter Could It Be, quickly followed by a double dose of twin magic as they feature Nigerian duo Oiza x Meyi on Unstable. The duo then gives us a hot special on the Pepper Demm (Remix), where they not only feature Nigerian artist Elestee, but also Ghanaian MC extraordinarie Kojo Manuel! They then take us on a trip alongside Romeo Swag on the song Lost In Your Ways.

Soso features Sosawavegod on a beat that you need to groove to, and is quickly followed up by Fire Fire, another fiery jam with Max Master Garzy on it. The next song, Go, sees a family affair as the sisters get their brother Rappidd move from creating the beat (he produced 7 of the 10 songs on the album) to jumping on it! What It Was has the twin act do their own on a slower tempo that still makes you feel groovy, which then leads us to another sweet song in Flowers, and we finally conclude the album with the original version of Pepper Demm!
