Washington, D.C. to host 2026 African Ambassadors’ Economic Forum
A prestigious group of African Ambassadors, American Policymakers, Investors, and members of chambers of commerce, development institutions, and business leaders from more than 30 countries will be in attendance for this year’s edition of the African Ambassadors’ Economic Forum!
What will be the main agenda for this year’s forum?
The forum is the brainchild of The Global Initiative for the Advancement of Africa (GIAA), a U.S.-based nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing Africa’s economic transformation through strategic partnerships, trade promotion, investment facilitation, and leadership engagement.

The forum, which is scheduled to take place from July 16–19, 2026, at the prestigious Westin Crystal City Hotel, inside the capital of the United States Of America, Washington, D.C, will see all in attendance hope to provide a catalyst for investment mobilization, policy dialogue, strategic partnerships, and sustainable development, through key discussions on Security & Democratic Governance in the Sahel, Healthcare, Biosecurity & Pandemic Preparedness, Renewable Energy & Climate Security, Infrastructure & Industrial Corridors, Technology & Digital Transformation, Capital Access & Strategic Funding, Trade, Raw Materials & Value Addition, Job Creation & Human Capital Development, and Creative Industries & Soft Power Diplomacy.
