As first reported by BlacVolta, a Japanese-Peruvian restaurant in Accra, Ghana, Kangei Nikkei, is teaming up with one of the finest musicians in the country, the amazing Cina Soul, to provide its patrons with a memorable treat on Valentine’s Day this weekend!

What does Kangei Nikkei have planned for us on Valentine’s Day, and how does Cina Soul factor into it?

The innovative restaurant, which masterfully combines “the vibrant flavors of Japan with the bold spices of Peru“, is unveiling the Omakase Experience, a 10-course candlelit dinner tasting menu vibe complete with soft live band music and the soothing vocals of the aforementioned Cina Soul to truly set the mood for you and your special someone!

Understandably, available seating for the experience is limited, so anyone interested in pre-booking should do so before day’s end on Tuesday, the 10th of February, 2026 (That entitles them to a special surprise gift)! Packages for the Omakase Experience are going for GH₵2,500 (table for two, with a bottle of either white or red wine), GH₵3,000 (table for two with a bottle of Crivoca Sparkling Rose or Fantinel Prosecco), or GH₵4,500 (table for two with a bottle of Moet)
