Entertainment Week Ghana to launch in Accra this December
The organizers of Entertainment Week Ghana (EWG) have announced that the inaugural edition will take place from the 21st to the 26th of December 2025 at the Accra International Conference Centre
What should we expect from the maiden edition of the Entertainment Week Ghana? Well…Jamie Says!!!
The event, under the theme, “Powering Africa Through Creative Enterprise“, seeks to capitalize on the continued atmosphere and buzz that Detty December consistently brings to Ghana’s capital city and “become the continent’s premier gathering of entertainment, media, and
creative industry professionals“.
The event will feature The Creative Summit, which aims to serve as the intellectual engine of EWG, discussing everything from Intellectual property to media, to distribution, among other things, with some of the finest minds on the continent. It will also feature a Deal Room, and with it, give entrepreneurs the chance to capture the attention of some of the greatest investors and financial powerhouses in attendance. The week will then wrap up with The Novas Awards, a prestigious new award scheme seeking to recognize the most
visionary, innovative, and culture-shaping talents in Africa’s creative space, to not only celebrate excellence, but also set new standards for impact and innovation across the continent’s cultural landscape.
