Let’s party hard at the Akosombo Street Carnival this December!

The beautiful Eastern Region of Ghana is set to experience an electric party atmosphere as Akosombo Dam City Entertainment present another mind-blowing edition of the Akosombo Street Carnival this December!

When are the organizers hosting this year’s edition of the Akosombo Street Carnival? Well… Jamie Says!!!

If last year’s edition of the event was memorable, then you definitely don’t want to miss this year’s edition! The event will be a packed, weekend-long marathon of exciting activities, with it commencing on Friday, the 19th of December 2025, and concluding with a bang on Sunday, the 21st of December 2025! The party crew in charge of sparking the atmosphere during the event are the uber-talented TheBryteGuy DJ, MC Skiddle, Kojo Manuel, DJ Loft, DJ Amachi, MC Influence and MC Maximo (more on him here)!

Billed to perform on stage at the carnival to keep the partgoers in a festive mood throughout are none other than the amazing Adina, E.L, D Cryme, Joey B, Darko Vibes, Melissa, and Gyakie! It promises to be a great event for the ages, so you might want to take a mental note and jam all weekend long!

In addition to the carnival, there will also be an extraordinary Miss Akosombo beauty pageant, to showcase more of the beauty that the lovely town of Akosombo has to offer! Even though they’re yet to hold this year’s edition, we can’t wait to see just how they’ll manage to top it next year! We guess time will tell, right?
